This Privacy Policy explains how CrazyIdeaStudio, Inc. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the hosted InPlan service at inplan.ai (the "Service"). The local InPlan editor and CLI run on your own machine and are not covered here.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models.
When you use the managed agent, the relevant document content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. That content is processed to produce the agent's output and is not used by us to train models. See our subprocessors below.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete a document or your account, the data is marked for deletion and permanently purged within 30 days, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Backups are cycled out on a rolling basis.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can access and export your documents in the app, delete documents or your account at any time, or contact us to exercise these rights. We will respond as required by applicable law (including the CCPA/CPRA for California residents and the GDPR where applicable).
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation via row-level security — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date will change.
